David Raffman was the founding partner of the Firm. He qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in Kenya in 1973. He was previously a partner with Daly & Figgis Advocates and with Hamilton Harrison & Matthews Advocates where he was in charge of the Conveyancing Department.
He handles general commercial and conveyancing transactions, company and employment matters. With over forty years of experience, he is a well-known personality particularly in transactions relating to agricultural land, conservation and tourism. He also has wide experience in dealing with NGOs. He also liaises with Mr Elms in the Company Secretarial Department.
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a Notary Public.
